Atomic Blogging
Atomic Blogging appealed to me as soon as I heard the name. Being a Physicist helps no doubt and I never did get round to ask Alvin just why he called his Blogging product, “Atomic Blogging“.
Product?
Yeah, because “Atomic Blogging” is more than an ebook. The most valuable part of what Alvin provides, in my opinion, is the Atomic Blogging theme. Beginners usually think that a theme is just a colour scheme or arrangement of elements on the page. But a theme is way more than that - especially in WordPress.
Simply put the theme is the structure of your blogging machine. it determines what is possible and where on the page it goes. I feel the urge to get complicated here and I will resist it.
The Atomic Blogging theme has a subscription box right up at the top of the blog which is crucial for gaining subscribers, Many bloggers simply do not understand how important this is and you may be among them.
Honestly - your list of subscribers is your business; not your website and not even your blog. You have these bits of web machinery or virtual real estate or whatever just to gain some subscribers-your list. And a list is more important than people reading your RSS feed.
“The money is in the list” and not in “the feed”!
Alvin could charge $147 just for the theme and I would push you out of the way to buy it at that price!
His ebook is good too!
